Ben Hughes: Working with charity leaders
Drawing on diverse experiences in different organisational contexts, covering large scale programme management, advocacy, governance, strategy and business development, I am fascinated by organisations and teams – and the context in which they operate. I have a long term interest in supporting people who manage and lead them, in addressing social, cultural and economic challenges and who share a commitment to positive social change.
In parallel, I am undertaking - and developing - post graduate research study in Human Geography. With a strong focus on individual and group relations, culture, identity and power, there are many common themes that I draw on to help inform my practice on individual, professional development.
